See exactly what your request looks like.

Send anything to the endpoint below and get back the method, path, query params, headers, and body it actually received, as JSON. No signup, no account, nothing saved or logged — useful for debugging a webhook sender, an API client, or a proxy that might be rewriting requests without telling you.

/api/echo

Try it right here

Sends a real GET to /api/echo/try?hello=world and shows exactly what came back.

From the command line

bash
curl -X POST /api/echo/orders \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"item": "widget", "qty": 3}'

Two optional query params

?status=503

Make the response itself come back with that status code instead of 200 — test how your client handles a specific error, not just whether the echo worked.

?delay=2000

Hold the response for that many milliseconds (capped at 10,000) before replying — simulate a slow upstream.

One honest limitation: a plain GET, or a POST with a simple content type, works cross-origin from any browser page. A JSON POST from a browser (not curl, not server-side code) triggers a CORS preflight first, and that preflight isn't open to every origin yet — so a JSON POST from your own front-end JavaScript may not work cross-origin until that's addressed.

This is a small utility, not a substitute for a real mock — if you need conditional responses, state that persists between calls, or deliberate failures on demand, that's what MockBase itself is for.
